Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Cateringg Co. website and the booking of our catering services. By requesting a quote or placing a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotes & bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the event details you provide. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and pay the deposit. Final guest counts are due 14 days before your event; increases after that date are accommodated where possible and billed at the per-guest rate.

2. Deposits & payment

A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept cards and bank transfers. Late payments may delay service and can incur a fee.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancel 30+ days before your event for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit; within 7 days, 50% of the total is due to cover purchased ingredients and reserved staff. One free reschedule is included with 14+ days' notice, subject to availability.

4. Menu & dietary requirements

Menu selections are finalized at the tasting or no later than 21 days before the event. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific needs when notified in advance. While we take allergen handling seriously, our kitchen processes common allergens, and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

5. Venue access & equipment

You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable venue access for setup and teardown, including power and water where applicable. Rented equipment remains our property; loss or damage caused by guests is billed at replacement cost.

6. Food safety & leftovers

Food is prepared and held to local health regulations. Items left at ambient temperature beyond safe limits will be removed from service. Where permitted, leftovers can be packaged on request; consumption after the event is at your own risk.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an event is limited to the amount paid for that event. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue closures, or supplier failures - though we will always work with you on a fair remedy.

8. Website use

Content on this website - text, photography, and branding - belongs to Cateringg Co. and may not be reproduced without permission. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies.
