5-course plated

Garden wedding, 180 guests

Five courses, plated at dusk. A cocktail hour under string lights, a late-night bite station, and a bride who never once looked at her watch.

Overview

Some weddings are remembered for the venue. Others are remembered for the meal shared around the table. This garden celebration combined both. Set beneath mature trees and glowing string lights, the evening moved naturally from an outdoor ceremony to cocktails on the lawn before guests settled into a five-course plated dinner.

Every detail was timed around the couple's celebration rather than a fixed schedule. Seasonal ingredients, attentive service, and thoughtful pacing allowed each course to complement the evening without interrupting speeches, dancing, or conversations. As the sun set, desserts were served beneath the lights before a late-night bite station welcomed guests back from the dance floor.
