Overview
Holiday celebrations bring together entire teams, making variety one of the most important parts of the menu. Instead of a traditional seated dinner, we created multiple live stations so guests could explore different flavours throughout the evening.
From carved meats and handmade pasta to festive desserts prepared in front of guests, every station encouraged movement, conversation, and a more relaxed celebration while maintaining premium service throughout the night.
